Words cannot explain how amazing these brownies turned out! They were so simple and such a hit! We had a mom's night in this past weekend! We all got together in our PJs and had drinks and snacks and had a Licensed Massage Therapist come. ((Talk about a BONUS))
We all took turns getting massages and sharing stories about mothering! It is so nice to have a mom's night and have fun and talk with others who understand haha! I love having others that are on the same page as me about the greatness of diaper explosions and other crazy kids stuff! Anyways everyone loved these brownies. I suggest making them for St Patty's Day this week, or for any reason possible!! ENJOY!!
Irish Cream Brownies
1 package for Fudge Brownies
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
(I also had mini hershey's bars, so I chopped 2 of them and tossed them in...SUPER BONUS! You could also use chocolate chips! The more chocolate the merrier)
Bake the brownies at 350 for 25 mins!
Let them cool completely. I set mine outside covered with a towel for an hour just to be sure.
In the meantime make the frosting. I just mixed mine with a fork, the frosting does not have a thick consistency and seems a little runny but it is normal and hardens in the fridge.
1/2 cup butter melted
2 cups powdered sugar
2 TBS Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2-3 TBS Milk (start with 2, if more is needed add another)
When the brownies are cooled, apply the frosting and allow the brownies and frosting too cool in the fridge.
1oz Chocolate Chips
1tsp butter melted
Last you can apply the glaze, melt the butter and chocolate together. If you have a icing bag use that to spread the chocolate over the brownies. If you do not have an icing bag you can use a ziploc bag and cut the corned a tiny bit! Easy as pie!!
Cut into squares
They are so fudgey and the frosting is creamy with a hint of Irish cream.
If you make these please let me know that you your thoughts! XOXOX
