WTF-Why the Face!

If you watch Modern Family you will totally understand the title of the post! WTF- why the face!? Anyways last week I posted a picture and asked you all to guess what caused such a face!
Most people told me they thought an animal caused this...

This moment was one of those moments I was so happy I had my camera and caught the moment in all its gloriousness! Poor little Vincent!

Here is what led up to this. There was a little kids activity area and there were metal lily pads to walk on over water. Well Jordan took Vincent on them and explained to him "You have to walk behind daddy and step on the lily pad or else you will go into the water"...

  Okay were doing GOOD....

Hence creating this ADORABLE yet sad face

After a few seconds of freaking out he was over it!

We enjoyed the rest of the day at the Erie Zoo, it started off beautiful and sunny and half way through it was a torrential downpour, it was insane. We hid out under a hut by the rhinos for like 20 minutes but the boys were antsy so we ran for it to another shelter, I totally ate it running down the wooden walkway, it was like ice, I still have a bruise on my knee haha! I am sure if someone saw it they would have had a good laugh!

Here are some pictures from the day, some are when we were dry, and some are when we got soaked! It made it a memorable day at the zoo to say the least!

And then came the rain...

There ya have it...the Erie Zoo! It was a tiny zoo but it was pretty fun! This is also the zoo where I caught the picture of the lady with the kid on the leash. Those things just crack me up make me feel bad for the kid! The funny thing is Jordan's mom used one on him and his brother...but they were twins and WAY younger and at Disney! Just makes me giggle and look at the mother like REALLY!?!?

Time to make breakfast...hope you all enjoyed your holiday weekend!!
