Apple Cranberry Brie Flatbread...

I mean seriously, it is no secret that I am uber obsessed with Naan Flatbreads, I posted a recipe just last week (and a few months ago) and then I created this special gem while Jordan and I had a little cook off the other afternoon! We tied ;), but he shockingly LOVED mine, which is a BIG deal because Jordan is maybe one of the hardest people to impress with cooking!
I now introduce my husband tested award winning creation:
I am literally so proud of my mommy culinary skills!
You will need:
Stonefire Naan Flatbreads
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 apple sliced(thin)
Brie (I use 1/4 wheel per flatbread)
Cinnamon/Brown Sugar
Butter Melted (2-3 TBS)
Melt butter and drizzle on flat bread.
Top with as much or as little brown sugar and cinnamon as you fancy.
Top with all the goodies: sliced apples(thin), dried cranberries, and brie.
For the Brie I despise the wrapping on it, so I cut it off and try to salvage all the cheese I can.
I then cut it in chunks and spread randomly over the flat bread. Looks like butter lol but it's cheese!
Bake at 400 for like 10 minutes, or until the edges brown!

Enjoy these amazing flavors exploding in your mouth! It is INSANELY good! I am going to start making a ton of them for party appetizers! Just cut with a pizza cutter into single serving pieces!

PS don't forget to link up tomorrow for Wedded Bliss Wednesday! I will be vlogging!:)
