Jordan's "Diet"

Everyone has been intrigued with my husband's diet...
He started out with the Primal Blueprint and also used the 80-10-10 diet...
He did not like either 100% so he mixed his knowledge from both....

We have totally transformed the way our entire family eats...
We believe in organics and minimally processed foods...
We get our meat from a local farmer who has grass fed beef and organics...

My husband never needed a diet, he has always been fit...
But the results were pretty crazy...
Plus the health benefits we have all gained from this are well worth it...

First picture is when Jordan started in June 2011...he was 184ish
Second picture is in November 2011...he was 170!
I never thought he had more than 5lbs to loose! 
He feels AMAZING and very very healthy!

This diet has tremendously helped during pregnancy for me...
 

The first pic: 30 wks with baby #1- +45lbs
The second pic: 31 wks with baby #3- +20lbs

Now that Jude arrived it is time for Operation MILF
