Get Fit

After the birth of baby #4 I decided to get my crap together and get healthy again.
I took on the 21 Day Fix and lost all my pregnancy weight and then some!

Everyone has been intrigued with my husband's diet...
He started out with the Primal Blueprint and also used the 80-10-10 diet...
He did not like either 100% so he mixed his knowledge from both....

We have totally transformed the way our entire family eats...
We believe in organics and minimally processed foods...
We get our meat from a local farmer who has grass fed beef and organics...

My husband never needed a diet, he has always been fit...
But the results were pretty crazy...
Plus the health benefits we have all gained from this are well worth it...
